INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY

Individual therapy focuses on your experience, your challenges, and your goals.

It offers a space to reflect, understand what you are going through, and modify patterns that may be holding you back.

 

The first session is an opportunity to explore what brings you to therapy and understand the challenges you are facing. Together, we clarify your goals and identify an approach that feels right for you.

We work on building insight, developing new ways of coping, and creating meaningful change. 

​

This may include working with anxiety, depression, confidence issues, trauma, anger management, life transitions, or other personal difficulties, including challenges related to living and working abroad.

COUPLE  & RELATIONSHIP THERAPY

Couple therapy focuses on the connection between people and how each person experiences it.

 

It is not about determining who is right and who is wrong, but about understanding what is happening within the relationship.

The first sesison is usually held together as a couple, allowing space to explore your concerns, understand the dynamics at play, and clarify the goals of therapy.  

If required, individual sessions can be included to understand each person's perspective better and work on some individual issues before continuing the work together. 

 

Together, we work on improving communication, navigating conflict, and understanding recurrent patterns of interaction.

 

The aim is to strengthen the connection, rebuild trust, and support more balanced and fulfilling relationships.

 

This work can also be helpful for relationships beyond romantic partners, including family members or close personal relationships.

GROUP THERAPY

Group therapy offers a supportive and confidential space to connect with others who may be facing similar challenges.

Sharing experiences in a group setting can help reduce isolation, bring new perspectives, and foster a sense of connection.

It also provides an opportunity to develop coping strategies, improve communication, and build confidence in a safe and guided environment.

Group therapy can be a powerful complement to individual work or a meaningful step on its own.

WORKSHOPS

Workshops provide a structured and interactive space to explore specific topics in more depth.

They combine psychological insight with practical tools to support well-being, emotional regulation, and everyday functioning.

Topics may include stress management, anxiety, communication, crisis support, burnout, or other mental health awareness. 

​

Workshops can be tailored for organizations, teams, or specific groups, depending on their needs and context.
