PROFESSIONAL
Hi, I'm Anne-Laure Renard. Originally from Belgium, I’ve been an expatriate in the Middle East for over twenty years—it’s truly become home. My journey began with a Master’s in Philosophy and over a decade managing IT projects across different industries and countries. While that chapter taught me a lot, I found myself drawn to something more meaningful and fulfilling: helping people. That calling led me to train in various psychotherapy approaches and eventually earn a Doctorate in Psychology.
For the past 15 years, I’ve been supporting adults and couples through life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationship issues, major life transitions, or healing from trauma. My approach is integrative, compassionate, and tailored to each person.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space—one where you can explore your emotions, make sense of your experiences, and feel empowered to make lasting change. My work is grounded in science, shaped by cultural sensitivity, and inspired by the courage and resilience of the people I work with. If you’re ready to begin the journey toward healing and growth, I’m here to walk alongside you.
PERSONAL
Beyond my work, I’m also a wife and mother.
I find joy in walking in nature, reading, and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
Our home is shared with two rescued cats, two rescued dogs, chickens, birds, and fish—a lively and loving household.
I also value giving back and enjoy being involved in community and charitable initiatives.
