INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
​In individual therapy, the focus of therapy is on YOU.

The initial session aims to gather essential information to understand the challenges you are facing and their impact on yourself and your life. This information will help establish the goals of therapy and determine the most suitable therapeutic approach.

This first session is also crucial for you, as it allows you to assess whether the therapist is a good fit for your needs. Research has shown that a strong therapeutic alliance is vital for successful therapy, meaning you should feel understood by the therapist and confident in their ability to help you become the person you aspire to be.
COUPLE THERAPY
The emphasis in couple therapy is on the RELATIONSHIP.
I typically begin with one individual session for each partner to gain insight into their perspectives on the issues at hand, how they are impacted by the circumstances, and what they desire and need. This approach offers a safe and supportive environment for each partner to express their concerns without the fear of interruption or upsetting the other. It also allows me to provide constructive feedback on changes they could consider making. Furthermore, it helps me build a collaborative and trusting relationship with each partner. Afterwards, we start the couple sessions.
Couple therapy is not about determining who is right or wrong; rather, it focuses on addressing communication barriers, conflicts, and emotional disconnection. As a therapist, my role is to help you gain a deeper understanding of your relationship dynamics, cultivate healthier interaction patterns, and strengthen emotional bonds. It's about resolving issues, rebuilding trust, and fostering a more fulfilling partnership.

GROUP THERAPY
In a group therapy setting, you can experience a safe and confidential environment for sharing experiences, developing coping strategies, and receiving support.
It fosters a sense of belonging, alleviating shame and isolation by connecting individuals facing similar challenges. Participants gain new insights from each other's perspectives and the therapist's guidance, while also enhancing their communication and relationship-building skills. The supportive atmosphere encourages motivation and progress, with reflection and feedback from both the therapist and fellow participants boosting one's confidence.

Additionally, group therapy is often more affordable than individual sessions while still offering professional guidance.
WORKSHOPS
I have led multiple workshops covering topics like anxiety management or the psychological aspects of women's health.
These workshops offer a chance to delve deeper into specific individuals may encounter, as well as effective coping strategies. They also equip participants with practical tools to enhance their emotional well-being and recognize early signs of mental health issues, allowing for proactive measures to be taken.
